  • Earnings from tasks
  • Free resources
  • Third-party services

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Request within allowed timeframe
  • Less than 20% of content accessed
  • Valid reason provided
  • No prior refund for same course
  • Account in good standing

Meeting these conditions does not guarantee approval.

3. Time Limits

3.1 Standard Window

Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

3.2 Bundles

Applies from purchase date; over 20% usage voids refund.

3.3 Technical Issues

May allow extended window if platform fault is verified.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Request made after 7 days
  • More than 20% content accessed
  • Downloaded materials
  • Change of mind
  • Completed live sessions
  • Discounted purchases
  • Policy violations or fraud

5. How to Request a Refund

  3. Include purchase details and reason
  4. Attach supporting evidence if needed

Requests are acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within 5–10 business days.

6. Processing Timelines

  • Refund initiated within 7 business days
  • Bank processing may take 3–10 additional days
  • Processed in NGN

7. Right to Refuse Refunds

  • Fraud or abuse suspected
  • Conditions not met
  • Outside allowed timeframe
  • Violation of platform policies

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension during investigation.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy. Changes apply from the date of posting.
