These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kings Marketing Academy Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

IMPORTANT: Participation in the earning system does not constitute employment or guaranteed income.

  • User – Anyone using the platform
  • Account – Registered user account
  • Tasks – Assigned digital activities
  • Earnings – Rewards from completed tasks

2. Eligibility

  • Must provide accurate information
  • Must not be previously banned

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for your account and credentials.

3.2 One Account Rule

Only one account per user is allowed.

3.3 Security

Report unauthorised access immediately.

4. Services

4.1 Education

We provide digital marketing courses.

4.2 Earning System

  • Tasks are not guaranteed
  • Assigned at company discretion
  • Verification determines earnings

5. Tasks and Earnings

  • Tasks must be completed correctly
  • Verification is required
  • Fraud leads to disqualification
  • Earnings are NOT guaranteed

6. Payments and Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply
  • Verification required (KYC)
  • Processing takes 3–7 business days

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Multiple accounts
  • Fraud or manipulation
  • Bot usage
  • Illegal activity

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content belongs to Kings Marketing Academy and may not be reused without permission.

9. Termination

  • Accounts may be suspended for violations
  • Users may close accounts anytime

10. Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without guarantees. We are not liable for losses or downtime.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the company against claims arising from your use of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Nigerian law.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Negotiation → Mediation → Arbitration → Court
  • Arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria

14. Updates

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement clause applies
  • Invalid clauses don’t affect others
